Santiago Betancur

Santiago has a PhD in Public Administration and graduated from the French National School of Administration (ENA). He is currently working at the World Water Council as a project manager. He has worked in several international institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations in global and local development issues in France, the US, and Colombia.

His expertise includes public policies and a vision of international, regional, and local cooperation issues.

He is particularly interested in the international action of local governments and the effects of international cooperation on society, the environment, and sustainable development.
