Hélène Morales Icaza is an International and European Project Manager with over eight years of experience in project management and international cooperation in the fields of culture and sustainable development, with a focus on cultural policies, the transversal role of culture in the SDGs, and cultural heritage.
Currently working as the Focal Point of Enghien-les-Bains (France) as a UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts, Hélène’s research work focuses on local cultural policies in light of sustainable development issues.
